Solo is built for one author. If two or more of you build together, Team gives you five seats to start and more as you grow. For unlimited seats, or to bring your AI agent into your simulations, talk to us about Enterprise.
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed to start it. Ask for one with the button at the top of the page and your access arrives by email. When the trial ends, choose a plan to keep building.
Team includes five seats. Add more when you need them for $19 a seat per month, or $16 a seat per month on yearly billing.
All three, on every plan. Export to MP4 for video, HTML for the web and SCORM for your learning management system. No format is held back for a higher tier.
Any LMS that takes SCORM. A SCORM export reports score and completion to SCORM 1.2 and 2004. An HTML export can also sit on any web page and send the learner's score to that page.
Yes. A brand kit repaints every highlight, callout, arrow and label, and the player's own controls with them. The same lesson can ship in a client's colors without being built twice.
Monthly plans are billed each month. Yearly plans are billed once a year up front and cost about 17% less. The features are the same either way.
Yes. Move from Solo to Team or add Team seats whenever you need to, and you pay the difference pro rata for the rest of your billing period. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal. Outgrow Team and we'll talk about Enterprise.
Cancel any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've already paid for and isn't renewed after it. There are no refunds for part of a period. Everything you've published keeps working, because an export is a self-contained file with its own player: lessons in your LMS still play and still report scores.
Enterprise pricing depends on your organization and how you'll use SimStudio. Send us an inquiry and we'll put together a quote for unlimited seats, plus the AI agent integration if you want it.
